Our two greatest motivators are our relationship with God and our sense of destiny. Many times those who recover their relationship with God after moral or ethical failure are convinced by religion that God will never use them again.
According to Proverbs, the loss of our life’s purpose is the loss of our vision which causes us to cast off restraints and run wild. That’s why Jesus, in the process of recovering His relationship with Peter, kept reminding him that he still had a purpose, calling and destiny.
