No refunds or exchanges will be issued after 30 days.
To provide the highest quality of service, we inspect each returned product to understand and resolve any issues.
Neither Impact Ministries nor its product fulfillment center is responsible for any damages during transit. Shipments via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx One Rate, and FedEx Ground include a $100 insurance policy. Packages shipped by any other method are uninsured.
All refunds or exchanges must meet the following requirements:
- All refunds must be processed through our Finance Department at 256-536-9402, x304.
- To request an exchange, you must contact an Impact Ministries representative at 256-536-9402, x301.
- Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
- Goods must be received and inspected in our product fulfillment center prior to a replacement or refund.
- No refunds or exchanges will be issued on damaged or unusable goods that are not covered under the above-mentioned insurance policy.
- Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges on refunds or exchanges that are not the result of an error on our part.

If goods are damaged upon delivery, it is the responsibility of the Purchaser to initiate the process of replacement by contacting Impact Ministries at 256-536-9402, x301 within 5 business days of delivery.
