A heart of faith is able to receive God’s promises, but first we must make sure we understand what it means to “receive.” The word “receive” isn’t passive. It isn’t waiting on God to “throw the blessing to us” so we can catch it! The word “receive” as it is used in the Bible means to “take hold of and bring to one’s self.” The way we take hold of a truth is when we believe it in our heart, i.e. our heart is fully-persuaded.

Our HeartZone is that place we enter in our heart where we are able to influence our beliefs, take authority over our physical body and hear the voice of God. Jesus said, “The Kingdom of God is found within…” This implies that we enter the realm of the Kingdom of God when we enter our heart. In this realm we are able to experience the provision of the Kingdom!
