Religion wants you to think you’re weak. It wants you to look everywhere except in your own heart for the solutions. Christ in you is the hope of glory – not Christ in Heaven, not Christ in someone else… Christ in you!

The truth is; the power that’s pulling you into extreme emotions and erratic behavior is a chemical that is 30-50 times stronger than heroin or cocaine and it’s generated in your own body. Your brain floods your body with hormones, neuropeptides and other neurochemicals that change the way you feel physiologically and emotionally, and you’re the only one who can stop it from happening.
