Of all the subjects that I have studied and taught, learning to be sensitive before God is one of the most essential. Most tragedies of life are the result of insensitivity. We are insensitive to our bodies; therefore, we don't understand what is happening in us. We are insensitive to others and don't know how our behavior affects them. We are insensitive to God; therefore, we don't sense the gentle moving of the Holy Spirit. Learn not only to regain the sensitivity you had as a new believer but go beyond that and develop an awareness of God that permeates your every thought and action.
