August 2015 World Changer Letter

Every day my excitement grows about the upcoming release of my latest book, Apocalypse: A Spiritual Guide to the Second Coming!
Before I say anything else let me say this: “Apocalypse” is one of those words we have redefined, consequently we have reached a flawed understanding of what we call the Book of Revelation.
First of all, it is not the Book of Revelations, as in many. Putting the “s” on the end of the word to imply many immediately shifts focus of the book from its true intent to attempting to understand all the many complex things that will happen in the end of days!
The word “revelation” comes from the Greek word “apocalypse”! When anyone hears the word “apocalypse” their mind immediately flies to the end time. I recently heard a news anchor talk about the “apocalyptic intent of radical Islam.” He went on to explain (which is true) they want to bring about the end of the world. They do want to bring an end to the world, but that is not what the word “apocalyptic” means. Here are a few definitions from very reliable Greek word studies for the word “apocalypse”: “properly, a laying bare, making naked; events by which things or states or persons hitherto withdrawn from view are made visible to all, manifestation, appearance; a disclosure of truth, instruction, concerning divine things before unknown.”
Apocalypse is not the end of the world; it is the revelations of Jesus in a world that the wicked are attempting to end! Revelation 1:1 says, “The Revelation of Jesus Christ.” This is supposed to be showing a troubled world something about Jesus that had never been seen before or something that was hidden or that we were incapable of seeing. If we make this about all the horrific events we will be filled with fear and despair. If we try to use Revelation to understand ALL the events we will be left confused. Only those who had a good knowledge of the prophecies would have the information to properly interpret this.
Most importantly, if we look at what the book reveals about Jesus we are filled with hope. We see that He has not left us to our own devices. We see that even in a world we created by our lack of faith and obedience, He will not abandon us! One of the most incredible things we see in this book is contrary to religious (Luciferian) doctrine, the tribulation is not the act of an angry God who has finally taken all He can stand! It is the act of the antichrist and those who want a world without God!
Another misunderstanding about the Book of Revelation is once again found in verse one when it says, (The revelation of Jesus) which God gave Him to show His servants — things which must shortly take place. By interpreting the word as “shortly” we begin to wonder why it hasn’t already happened. Many people who try to deny the end times or teach that it has already come to pass use this phrase to discredit its true meaning. The word translated as “shortly” is preceded by the word “in.” That would make absolutely no grammatical sense unless we properly translate the word. Here is a better translation: “a brief space (of time), i.e. in haste.”
Based on all I know about the return of the Lord, in all the Scriptures there is always an indication of a very quick act. There will not be hundreds of years of the Church trying to get good enough, or for us to conquer the world with our faith. When the factors that allow Him to return without breaking His previous word… it will happen quickly! After Lucifer and evil mankind labors for thousands of years to establish their own anti-God kingdom, in an instant Jesus will return and establish the earthly Kingdom of God… and it will happen quickly!
