When we say we don’t know how God will do what He promised, that can mean two things. Either we don’t know the process or we don’t know what it will look like when it’s done! Fortunately, we don’t need to know either of those for God to fulfill His promises. We tend to entwine the goal with the process, and it can be devastating. In fact, it can be the main thing that keeps us from reaching the goal.
It actually creates a scenario where we can’t trust and follow God because it’s not happening the way we think it should happen. We don’t need to know how God will get us there, we simply need to trust and follow Him every step of the way!
When we walk through the valley of the shadow of death we will either trust what we consider to be the plan, or we’ll trust the Shepherd who is leading us down the path. I recommend our trust be in the Shepherd. JOIN ME this week and discover how to follow God’s plan with complete confidence.
