Our faith for victorious living isn’t rooted in what Jesus did during His life and ministry. All those things serve as an incredible model, revealing the nature and character of God as well as the perfect example of a believer trusting God fully! But our faith is based on the death, burial and resurrection. We hear references to the cross or the resurrection, but how often does anyone actually articulate what happened on the cross, in the grave, through the resurrection, and why that is significant to our faith?
