5. Worthy To Escape
In the Book of Revelation, Jesus explains what can be done to keep your heart engaged, which makes you strong and stable enough to be delivered from the tribulation. In Luke 21, He explains it from another perspective. Instead of looking at all that is going wrong and the horrors to come, we should be looking to and listening to Jesus explaining how we can escape. Join me this week in CyberChurch as we explore the mystery of being ready to escape the coming destruction of the world.

This is what JESUS has given me along with fasting when I ponder your statement, Dr. Gem, made during this lesson- “be strong enough to escape the corruption in the world’.
Isaiah 26:3 New Living Translation (NLT)
You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you.
You speak quite often about the benefits of fasting. I am doing intermittent fasting and it does develop inner strength. I have heard of the internal healing of organs by a respected cardiologist and I thought about heart physics and the connection. I am taking Essential Heart Physics and a UI member. Thank you so much.
