Hey, I’m Jim Richards. I want to welcome you to what I think is an incredibly encouraging word that I want to share with you. I’d love to share this word with every believer on the face of the earth. Now, as World Changers, you know I’m always wanting to invest in you and invest in the whole world because if we’re going to influence the world, it has to happen because every person has the capacity and the inner strength, the grace of God working in them to be able to influence their world.

Most of us are not called to go out and actually reach the whole world. Most of us are called to influence and reach the world around us; in other words, we are called to reach and influence our world. I will share some things with you that I think will be incredibly powerful for this. I call this message “Always Winning.” Now, I know that sounds like an impossibility, or maybe it sounds like something that’s ego-filled, but it is possible and not about ego. It’s about believing what the Word of God actually says about us and learning how to put that into practice in our lives.
Many believers struggle to win, and many times, they struggle to even see themselves as having the potential to win and come out on top of whatever they’re facing. But interestingly, the Bible has a name for people who always win. Yes, I said always.
I’ve shared this and said this many times. I know many people thought I was speaking egotistically, but one of the things that I realize is I always win. That doesn’t necessarily mean what it sounds like because most of us have come to a place where we’re defining winning based on what it takes to win in the world’s way or how the world’s system defines winning. And really, I don’t think we planned to, but we’ve abandoned the biblical concept and the biblical process of winning.
I want to help you understand the biblical concept of winning and help you see that you can always win.
The Bible has established that you can win every time and live the life of an absolute winner in your heart. That’s what I want for all of you. I want to help you understand the biblical concept of winning and help you see that you can always win. You can always come out on top.
Remember, the world’s way of winning hardens your heart because it’s all about trampling on somebody else. It’s always about conquering somebody else and coming ahead of somebody else. Well, one of the things I want you to realize is this: when I say that I always win, I am never saying I always win in a way that somebody else has to lose. The truth is the best winning that can happen is when it’s a win-win-win situation. In other words, yes, I’m going to do what it takes to win, but I’m going to do it in such a way where everybody involved is going to have the opportunity to win as it’s going to look like in their life and meet the needs that are in their life. So, the biblical way of winning makes it possible for everyone to win.
This isn’t a trick message, but the Bible calls winners overcomers because that’s what an overcomer is. An overcomer is someone who faces an obstacle, but they overcome that obstacle. And I am telling you that you can always overcome every obstacle in Christ. And I know that sounds crazy.

Now listen, we’re doing stuff all over the world. Currently, Nate Tanner is in Zambia, and I think about 130 people are graduating from this class. We’re starting Bible schools worldwide, and you’re a part of this. We could not do this without your financial support, prayer support, friendship, and personal encouragement. So, I want to thank you so much for helping us go across the globe and change the way the world sees God. We’re not just winning individuals one at a time; we’re training leaders. We get multiplication instead of just addition. Every time someone goes out and starts a church or goes into the ministry and influences a whole village or entire group of people, we have that multiplication process.
Now I’m going to tell you something. One of these days, Jesus will call us home as the bride of Christ, and as the bride of Christ, we will stand before the Judgment Seat of Christ. That’s not a bad thing. The Judgment Seat of Christ is not about us being judged. It’s not about whether or not we go to heaven. The Judgment Seat of Christ is when how we invest our lives and what we do with our life, time, and resources is used for the kingdom of God or selfish reasons.
When you stand there before the Lord, you’ll probably see millions of people, and they’ll want to meet you. And you’ll think, “Why would they want to meet me?” They’re going to want to meet you because you were part of what made it possible for the gospel to get to them and for the word of grace, faith-righteousness, love, and concepts about God that they would never get from religion. It won’t be me standing there getting all the acknowledgment. It will be all of us who have invested our lives in this.
I want to jump into the scripture and not make this too long. Romans 15:5-6 identifies God as the God of patience and comfort. I like that. One of the ways He helps us with our patience is by comforting us even when we’re in times of great stress or great need. “So may the God of patience and comfort grant you to be like-minded toward one another according to Christ Jesus, that you may with one mind and one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
If God always wants us to take on His characteristics, He wants us to be like Him. He sent Jesus to the earth so we could see Jesus because He perfectly represents God. And to the degree that we allow the Holy Spirit to work in our lives and make us more like Jesus because we choose to, He doesn’t forcibly make us, but He makes us more like Jesus because we choose to. That’s when God is glorified because the world looks at us and says, “Wait a minute, I see something in you that’s bigger than you are. It’s more important than you. It is more powerful than you are.” They start recognizing Christ in us. People start asking why we’re different. “Tell me what’s working in your life, help me to have what you’ve got,” and I’m telling you that can happen more than you ever would realize.
Two basic factors are involved in being an overcomer and a winner, and I’ve been using the terms interchangeably. But one of them is believing. You must believe that you can win. You must believe that the victory has already been won. You must believe that greater is He that is in you than He that is in the world. You must believe that you are more than a conqueror through Him who loved us. You must believe that you have authority over all the enemy’s power.
You must also learn how to walk in love. Walking in love is not a suggestion. Jesus said, “This is my commandment, that you love one another even as I have loved you.” In other words, love one another in the same way that I love you. And I think we all have a little work to do on that one because sometimes we walk in love, but we walk in an emotional response, preference, or an opinion we think is really good. But walking in love is a very defined and specific way of living, and it’s when you walk in God’s kind of love.
You also must be a faith walker. A faith walker believes in the unseen more than they believe in the seen. A faith walker speaks words that align with God’s word regardless of what is happening around them. And a faith walker does not ever quit. They never give up, give in, or back off what the Word of God says. You must believe, walk in love, and walk by faith. And when you do that, I’m telling you, you will always be a winner.
So, let me ask you a question: What do you need to believe today? What is it that you need to start speaking about today? What is it that you need to start acting on today? Because I’m telling you, you’re an overcomer and consistently win.
I want to pray for you. “Father, in the name of Jesus, I pray for everyone watching this today. I pray for their life. I pray for their future. I pray for their situation. I pray for their finances. I pray for their health. I pray for their relationships. I pray that you will give them the grace, faith, love, wisdom, and strength to overcome every obstacle. They will see themselves as always winning and start speaking, believing, and acting on it. And when they do, Father, I thank you that they will have the victory and the enemy will have nothing on them. In Jesus’ name. Amen.”

P.S. Last month alone, five different videos were recorded and edited, and then sent to our translators to be translated into Swahili, German, Portuguese, Polish, Spanish, and Ukrainian languages. They were then published on International YouTube channels in their respective countries. We’ve received countless reports and testimonies from those whose lives are being changed, most notably from those raised in the Catholic religion. Additionally, no less than 10 videos are translated into Polish and posted on Abi Lopez’s various Polish Social Media accounts each month where tens of thousands are gaining an understanding of who God really is and beginning to trust and follow Him!
Thank you for YOUR part in making this happen!
Together we are… Changing the Way the World Sees God!
