Another year has come to a close and we are launching into the future! This is always an exciting time for me. It’s always exciting to look back and see what we’ve accomplished in the past, but even more exciting to see where God will lead us in the upcoming year!
Last year much of what we did was behind the scenes. It doesn’t sound too exciting to talk about but it was the kind of stuff that helps us reach more people more effectively! Our most significant accomplishment last year was writing and releasing, Moving Your Invisible Boundaries. This is the cornerstone teaching for understanding the heart. This was one of those projects where I had to sit down for about 8 to 10 weeks and do hardly anything else. We hit Amazon’s bestsellers list in the US and Canada! The feedback has been wonderful! The generosity of our World Changers made it possible for me to devote the time needed to such a massive undertaking!
I hope you understand the value of publishing. Gandhi said you could never sustain a movement without a publication. Our magazine and the books we published are aimed at changing the way the world sees God! But you have to realize people cannot make this journey without a lot of support. We are seeking to overcome a lifetime of religious teaching and thinking! Without the monthly magazine and the books people who start this journey would soon be overtaken by their past religious thinking!
All transformation is simply a matter of putting off the old man, renewing the mind, and putting on the new man! When people have had their identity assassinated for years they become insensitive to the Holy Spirit when He is trying to show them who they really are. Most believers have settled. It is quite a journey to process through a lifetime of an unscriptural identity.
All that we do on Facebook, publishing, the magazine, and the weekly broadcast is aimed at saturating a person with a new concept of God and a new concept of who we are in Jesus. But it takes a lot of repetition, review, and gentle guidance! That’s why we have all these tools. It isn’t just about promoting a ministry; it’s about walking people through transformation! Without our World Changers family this would be impossible! You make it possible for me to give myself to real ministry and not to simply building a ministry!
Last year we completed a free one year program that will be launched in January called, Living Under Lordship. It will take a person from the sinner’s prayer to the essential steps for a new believer, through the foundations of faith, and into a healthy life of prayer and communion with Jesus. This will be such a blessing to thousands. And it isn’t just for new believers; it will stabilize many who have struggled in the faith for years!
Early in 2014 we will release a revamped School of Ministry. We feel the needs of people training for ministry have changed. We will be moving away from a degreed program that takes two years of full time study and instead offer certification training in specific areas: Counseling, Administration, Pastoral Care, and World Evangelism, just to name a few!
We also revamped our entire Heart Physics® website. We will have all of the information about Coaches, Trainers, and other certifications posted and fully explained by the end of February. This will make it possible for many people to launch forward in ministry to the heart to so many hurting people! We already have dozens of pastors and counselors using Heart Physics® tools in their ministries!
By the time you read this we should have made an upgrade in our web store that FINALLY makes ordering products much easier! The reason we offer our products is because we are in the business of making disciples. Jesus’ commission just before leaving Planet Earth was pretty straight forward: Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you (Matt. 28:18-20). By making disciples instead of codependent groupies we connect people to Jesus as Lord! When people invest in themselves they grow and become stable. They are no longer tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine! Plus, we are able to use $.85 of every dollar spent to reach the world with this incredible Gospel.
In addition to the other many wonderful things that happened last year we have seen a steady increase of participation in Operation One Billion. We have now distributed around 150 Bible Schools. Some are using the entire curriculum and others only parts of it, but we are thankful for any opportunity to train new leaders. This means we are about half way to our initial goal of 300 schools. But, we are making plans to step up expansion of Operation One Billion. I want to have at least one thousand schools in the next three to five years.
These are just a few of the things we have done in the past year. In addition to this we had meetings in various churches, supported both national and international outreaches with finances and materials, distributed The Gospel of Peace to the nations of the world, conducted Heart Physics® seminars, saw people come to Jesus, and saw many people get healed.
All of this happens because of you! As a World Changer you make it possible for me to give myself to meaningful ministry instead of just trying to schedule meetings so we have money. I probably tell you this every year at this time but it bears repeating: When I started this ministry I was willing to make money and pay for everything. But one day the Lord spoke to me and said, “You cannot make enough money to do what I’ve called you to do. But I will raise up people who have a heart for this and they will send you where you could never go on your own.” Since then God has done exactly what He said. Because of you I have been able to maintain ministerial integrity. I don’t have to resort to tricks and gimmicks to get you to give. You give because you want others to experience what you are experiencing in Christ!
