Description

Jesus warned there would be tribulation coming. He warned that anyone who even intended to live a godly life would suffer persecution. Whether you believe it’s the end time or simply realize that our government is growing progressively hostile toward Christianity, it’s evident that some form of tribulation is imminent. But more important is the abiding sense that Jesus will soon be returning!

Jesus was very clear about how to prepare for His second coming and the tribulation that would precede this event. The Word of God presents us with three options:

Die for your faith
Endure (barely make it)
Be an overcomer over opposition and live in victory

I don’t know about you, but I’m choosing the third option. I’m willing to die for my faith, and I would rather endure than not make it, but since the choice is mine, I’m choosing to overcome. Just preparing for tribulation is missing the point. We need to be preparing for the return of our Lord. An overcomer looks to the solution, not the problem!

This book is a must read for every believer.

It covers the span of Biblical and secular history to create a clear picture of our current times and how we should respond. This book is both a wake up call and a manual to overcome the dark days before the dawn.

This is a dense (though easy to read), passionate, powerful read that is an essential for every believer’s library. This may well give you the tools you need to be an overcomer in the days ahead.

I really can’t recommend it highly enough. As a home-educating mother, I plan to walk through the chapters with my children in order to equip them with the knowledge and perspective that Dr. Richards so accurately presents.

Bravo, Dr. Richards! I thank you heartily, for pouring your heart into this message that the Church so desperately needs to hear.

I would consider this book to be a must read for all those who feel so bombarded by the voices and confusion of our world today that you are left feeling over whelmed.

This book demands attention! The sweeping perspective of man’s journey on earth, viewed from God’s perspective, and superbly crafted by Dr. Jim Richards is a very important book for our group of believing friends. Thank you for taking the closeted time to pour out your 40 plus years of ministry perspective. It has given us a sober, thoughtful framework for all the swirling circumstances..that seem to not make sense. This book makes sense biblically..for action steps to embrace.
