7. Beyond Space And Time
Our God lives beyond the dimensions of space and time. This is why He can see and predict the outcome of everything that occurs in our universe. One of His names is Jehovah-Jireh. Many have simplified this name to mean “Jehovah will provide.” Actually, this name means He will see and provide. He will look ahead in our lives and provide us insight and direction to avoid the “potholes.” Join me this week in CyberChurch to discover how the omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent God can lead you to the best possible outcomes for your life!

These are important lectures. It is however very hard to have prophesy and to have free will (and be created in God’s image). The line above that God can predict to outcome of everything, seems not quite right. It seems that there are the main Biblical stories that are the Plans of God and they are set, or were set after the Fall of Man. And prophecies of calamities which are the evolution of sinful decisions. But it also seems that God spoke into existence from the beginning all the possibilities that could be (probabilities in Quantum Theory). You have lectured on this. Thus, man can choose a path from many or alternatives. He is not determined from one cause to effect and so on deterministically. Obviously once alternatives are chosen other paths are reduced for each individual and society. So God, and we, can see what the choices are and they lessen. And He can guide our choices. I am trying my best with this. What concerns me is that there is a rigidity or determinism in the prophesy of the Second Coming and events. It leaves little for the individual or society to choose to change the trajectory or even some actions and events. And maybe the trajectory is set by many sinful decisions. But nonetheless it seems off-putting, for want of a better word. Maybe exciting and hopeful but still not the way God created us as creators. And hopefully the world is now not just on automatic pilot with us getting information to dodge some bullets maybe. But not really as the end has to evolve. So prophecy and choice. These must be combined but it is hard.
