There was a day when ministers were more concerned with who got the credit than the fact that people were being helped. But there is a new breed of minister on the horizon. These men and women love God and they love people. They are not as concerned about their “kingdom" as they are the Kingdom of God.

There are those who are willing and desirous to reach across boundaries and unite with others to do something for God greater than any of us could do in a single organization. They understand the power of synergy!

Synergy leaves the realm of addition and enters the realm of multiplication. The Bibles says it like this, If one can put a thousand to flight two can put ten thousand. In synergistic relationships one and one doesn’t equal two. One and one can equal thousands.

When you join your skills with the years of experience that someone else has, you get the benefit of their entire life. Synergy occurs when your working together with another person or organization produces results greater than the sum total of the work of the individuals combined.

In 1982 I was taught the principle of synergistic ministry. The Lord spoke clearly to my heart that I was to take all that I had and invest it in others. They would combine what I shared with what they knew and they would accomplish far greater things than I ever would alone. This is exactly what Jesus meant in John 14:12 when He said, He that believes on Me, the works that I do will he do also, and GREATER.

I have spent nearly 40 years gaining valuable ministry experience, developing materials and bringing resources to leaders around the world. But now it is time for me to help connect other leaders who have this same heart. Do you want to give and receive help that will multiply the effectiveness of ministers around the world?
